SempliceStay is not a contracting party in the relationships between users, guests, property owners, and professionals, but acts exclusively as a technical and promotional intermediary.

2. Registration of Companies and Professionals

Companies and professionals may register on the platform by completing the dedicated form and accepting these Terms and Conditions.

The data provided must be truthful and up-to-date. The company/professional is responsible for the information published.

Registration and publication of the company profile are subject to:

• preliminary verification of the data and documents provided;
• payment of the required subscription fee.

SempliceStay is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of the services offered by registered companies/professionals, who are solely responsible to end users.

3. Property Owners

Property owners may contact SempliceStay for consulting and short-term rental management services.

The financial and operational conditions of the services offered by SempliceStay to property owners are governed by specific agreements or contracts.

For listings published on the Website, the owner is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information, photos, and the legal compliance of the property (e.g. urban planning compliance, licenses, tax obligations).

SempliceStay is not liable for any irregularities, defaults, or damages caused by property owners to guests.

4. Guests and Website Users

Guests may contact property owners or companies/professionals through the Website.

Contractual relationships concerning stays, experiences, activities, and tourist services are established exclusively between the user and the provider (owner or professional).

SempliceStay is not a party to such relationships and does not guarantee or control the quality, accuracy, or safety of services offered by third parties.

Any complaints, disputes, or claims for compensation must be addressed directly to the party that provided the service.

5. Paid Services via WooCommerce

The Website allows the purchase of consulting services and subscriptions via WooCommerce.
