Argenteria Holiday Home is a delightful 60 m² holiday home located in Casa Santa Erice, in a quiet and strategic area of the province of Trapani. Perfectly located between the city of Trapani, the medieval village of Erice and the municipality of Valderice, it is the ideal starting point for those who want to experience authentic Sicily, with its sea, culture and local traditions.
The House
The holiday home at Casa Santa Erice is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, designed to offer a pleasant and relaxing stay. Inside, there is a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or for accommodating two additional guests. The functional and well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals in complete autonomy.
The bathroom is modern, spacious and has a large shower, ideal for freshening up after a day at the beach. The sleeping area comprises a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a cot, making the house perfect for families with children. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a practical yet elegant and comfortable environment.
Outside, a small private area allows you to enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air. There is a private car park directly opposite the building, which is very convenient for those travelling by car. The house is also equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The Position
The location of Argenteria Holiday Home is one of its strong points. In just a few minutes, you can reach some of the most picturesque locations in western Sicily: the historic centre of Trapani is about a 10-minute drive away, as is Valderice. The picturesque medieval village of Erice is just 15 minutes away, while the beautiful beaches of San Vito Lo Capo and Castellammare del Golfo can be reached in about 40 minutes. Palermo is about an hour and a quarter away.
A central location that allows you to easily explore the sea, mountains and Sicilian culture, without sacrificing tranquillity and comfort.
