The House
The structure is spread over two levels and has been designed to offer functional yet intimate spaces.
On the ground floor, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking traditional dishes to share. Next to it, the living area is the heart of the home, a convivial and welcoming space. From here you can access the outdoor veranda, furnished with a parasol, sink, and table: an ideal spot for enjoying meals outdoors, accompanied by the scent of the sea breeze and the relaxing rhythm of Mediterranean life.
Upstairs, you will find two spacious triple rooms, furnished with simplicity and comfort to ensure peaceful and restful nights. Two modern and practical bathrooms make the house even more comfortable and functional for all guests.
Air conditioning makes every moment of the day pleasant, while the easily accessible public parking ensures maximum convenience.

The Position
The house is located in a quiet and secluded area, perfect for those who want to get away from their routine and recharge their batteries. Just a short walk away, you will find everything you need for a carefree vacation: supermarkets, bars, ice cream parlors, and even boat rentals to explore the coast and discover hidden gems.
